Baked: Halloween Spiderweb Cake

Spiderweb Cake: A delicious and festive cake for Halloween.  The spiderweb on the cake's top was created using licorice, but can easily be made with black icing as well. A layered chocolate and vanilla interior add a nice little surprise upon cutting the first slice!
